Mr. Vaibhav Yadav

Mr. Vaibhav Yadav, Founder President of Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA), comes from a simple middle-class family where big dreams often felt out of reach. As a child, he did not have access to professional coaching, proper grounds, or sports equipment. But he had strong determination and love for sports. He practiced in local fields, used basic resources, and slowly built his skills with discipline and self-belief. He always believed that success does not depend on facilities, but on mindset and hard work.

In 2019, with a vision to help young athletes who faced the same struggles he once had, Vaibhav started IBSA with just a few students and limited equipment. The beginning was not easy, there were financial challenges, lack of infrastructure, and doubts from society. But he stayed consistent and focused. Step by step, the academy grew, and more students joined. His aim was clear, give quality training, teach values like discipline and respect, and create real opportunities for children to move ahead in sports.

Today, IBSA has become a strong platform for many aspiring athletes, especially from modest backgrounds. Many students trained under his guidance have achieved success in competitions and gained confidence in life. Vaibhav’s journey shows that big change can start from small beginnings. His story is not just about building an academy, but about building belief, that with dedication, patience, and courage, anyone can create a better future.

Mr. Priyanshu Yadav

Mr. Priyanshu, Vice President of Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA), comes from a modest family where opportunities were limited and resources were few. As a child, he was naturally drawn to sports because it gave him confidence, discipline, and a sense of direction. He trained in simple grounds, often without proper equipment or coaching, but his determination kept him going. Even when things were difficult, he stayed focused and continued improving himself through hard work and dedication.

In 2019, when IBSA began its journey, Priyanshu stepped forward to support the vision of building a strong platform for young athletes. He took responsibility not just as a Vice President, but as someone deeply involved in guiding and supporting students. The early days were challenging, managing training, arranging events, and motivating children from different backgrounds, but he remained committed. He believed that every child with talent deserved the right guidance and opportunity to grow.

Today, Priyanshu plays an important role in shaping the lives of many athletes at IBSA. He is known among students as a mentor who understands their struggles and encourages them to stay consistent. His journey reflects a simple truth, success does not depend on where you come from, but on how strongly you believe in your path. Through patience, effort, and genuine care for others, he continues to inspire young players to dream bigger and work harder.

Ms. Mansi Jaiswal

Ms. Mansi, General Secretary of Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA), has always been deeply connected to sports. From a young age, she trained seriously in athletics and went on to compete at national-level events, winning medals through years of discipline and hard work. Her journey was not easy, it involved early mornings, strict practice routines, and many sacrifices, but sports gave her confidence, strength, and purpose. These experiences shaped her belief that the right guidance can change a young athlete’s life.

In 2019, along with Mr. Vaibhav Yadav, she helped build IBSA with a shared dream, to create a place where children from any background could receive proper sports training and support. In the beginning, resources were limited and responsibilities were many, but Mansi played a key role in organizing training, guiding students, and building a positive culture in the academy. She focused not only on performance but also on discipline, respect, and self-belief among the athletes.

Today, Mansi is known at IBSA as a mentor who understands both the struggles and hopes of young players. She connects with students personally, encourages them during setbacks, and celebrates their progress. Through her dedication and care, she continues to inspire many children to stay committed to their dreams and build a stronger future through sports.

But with regular practice, discipline, and the constant encouragement of his coaches, he steadily improved and built strong confidence in his abilities.

Within just five months of joining IBSA, Sunny achieved a major milestone by competing at the national level and winning a Gold Medal.
