Vaibhav Yadav

Mr. Vaibhav Yadav

Mr. Vaibhav Yadav, the Founder President of IBSA, is a name that resonates with passion, resilience, and unwavering determination. Born into a simple, middle-class family, Vaibhav’s early life was not filled with the privileges and resources that many aspiring athletes dream of. Yet, what he lacked in comfort, he made up for with relentless spirit, discipline, and a burning desire to excel in sports.

Growing up, Vaibhav discovered his love for athletics in local playgrounds and community events. With limited access to professional coaching or training facilities, he practiced in open fields, often improvising with whatever equipment he could find. He believed that dreams are not shaped by surroundings but by the mindset one chooses to adopt.

In 2017, driven by a vision to empower the next generation of athletes, Vaibhav took a bold step and founded the Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA). What started as a small initiative with a few students and borrowed equipment gradually evolved into one of the country’s leading sports training centers. His commitment to nurturing talent, especially from underprivileged backgrounds, became the cornerstone of IBSA’s philosophy.

Vaibhav’s approach was simple yet profound – provide world-class training, instill values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance, and create opportunities for athletes to compete at national and international platforms. Over the years, IBSA produced champions who went on to bring laurels to the academy and the nation alike.

Despite challenges – financial struggles, lack of infrastructure, and societal skepticism – Vaibhav never wavered. His perseverance turned obstacles into stepping stones. His leadership not only built athletes but also instilled confidence in families, inspired youth to dream big, and redefined what is possible with dedication and belief.

Today, IBSA stands tall as a beacon of hope for countless aspiring sports enthusiasts, proving that greatness is not reserved for the privileged. It is forged in passion, resilience, and the courage to begin – just like Mr. Vaibhav Yadav’s journey.

Priyanshu Yadav

Mr. Priyanshu Yadav

Mr. Priyanshu, Vice President of Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA), is a shining example of how determination, hard work, and a love for sports can create a lasting impact. Coming from a modest family where financial resources were scarce and opportunities even rarer, Priyanshu’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

From a young age, he was drawn to sports—not for fame or recognition, but for the discipline, strength, and sense of belonging it offered. He spent countless hours training, often without proper equipment or support, guided only by his dreams and sheer willpower. Even when circumstances seemed discouraging, Priyanshu never gave up; instead, he used every challenge as fuel to push himself further.

When IBSA was founded in 2017, Priyanshu joined hands with fellow visionaries to support a cause larger than personal success. He took on the role of Vice President, not just to lead, but to serve—to create a nurturing environment where young athletes could thrive regardless of their background.

Under his leadership, IBSA expanded its reach, mentoring hundreds of players, arranging tournaments, and ensuring that every athlete had access to the guidance and resources they needed to chase their dreams. Priyanshu’s empathy and commitment made him more than an administrator; he became a mentor, a friend, and a source of strength for many.

His philosophy is rooted in one simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. And that’s where effort, passion, and collective support must step in. Through his work, Priyanshu has transformed IBSA into a platform that celebrates grit, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.

Today, Mr. Priyanshu stands as a role model—reminding us that greatness isn’t about where you start, but about the courage to keep moving forward, inspiring others, and lifting those around you. His story is a testament to how perseverance and purpose can turn dreams into reality.

Sunny

Mr. Sunny Rawat

“My name is Sunny and I’m from Faridipur, Dubagga. My journey with the martial arts started on 20th July 2020, when I joined Mansi Ma’am and Vaibhav Sir. With their continuous assistance and guidance, I became extremely successful in a very short period of time. Within five months I was competing at National level and was a proud Gold Medalist. In addition, I have been elected three times to the Best Player Award, and at the 38th National Games, I also won two Bronze Medals.

It has been six years since I have committed myself to martial arts, and the credit for my development lies with my coaches and with Indian Baaz Sports Academy (IBSA).

To the young people of today I say: join IBSA, take up the sport, and create a better tomorrow for yourself.
