Its moves are a blend of striking, grappling and self-defense with emphasis on balance and discipline. At IBSA, we teach Vovinam so that students not only become proficient at it as a physical practice, but are able to gain resilience and self-confidence.

Our Mudgar training programs combine dynamic swinging techniques, functional exercises, and skill-based challenges that improve grip, shoulder stability, and overall body coordination. Participants grow stronger, more focused, and develop a passion for functional fitness and performance.
