The Beginning of IBSA (2020)
The journey of Indian Baaz Sports Academy started on 15 July 2020.
Interestingly, the academy did not begin in a large sports complex. Instead, the first training session took place in a small courtyard at Mansi Ma’am’s home.
There were no professional mats, no modern equipment, and no large infrastructure.
What existed was something far more powerful:

The first few children trained on simple ground between brick walls, but that small beginning laid the foundation of what would become IBSA’s inspiring journey.
The First Step of Growth
As time passed, more children started joining the academy. Parents began trusting the training system and the discipline it brought to their children’s lives.
With increasing students, IBSA moved its training sessions on 17 August 2021 to the open courtyard of Sheetla Mata Temple in Kakori.
This phase played an important role in the academy’s growth because:

What started in a small home courtyard was slowly becoming a recognized martial arts training initiative in the region.
Expansion to Salora Inter College
As IBSA continued to grow, another important step came in September 2021.
Training sessions began at Salora Inter College in Kakori.
This new environment allowed the academy to conduct more structured training sessions and welcome a larger number of students.

The Struggle Phase
Every meaningful journey faces challenges.
After the Salora phase, IBSA shifted operations to Kakori city with the vision of expanding further and reaching more students.
However, the transition brought unexpected difficulties.
The academy had to rebuild its identity in the new location. The number of students temporarily decreased, and the team had to work even harder to keep the academy moving forward.
Despite these challenges, one thing never stopped:
The training continued every day.
Even with smaller batches, the trainers maintained the same level of discipline and dedication.
This period strengthened the core belief of IBSA:
